Sushi bowl with mussels
|1 jar of Prins & Dingemanse mussels in vinegar, mussels drained and dried||Soya sauce|
|200 gr of sushi rice||2 limes, in wedges|
|200 grams of wakame salad||12 radishes, thinly sliced|
|4 tablespoons of Chinese rice vinegar||3 carrots, in thin strips|
|Black sesame seed||2 avocados, thinly sliced|
Do you fancy a delicious light lunch? Do you feel like sushi? Prepare this sushi bowl with mussels in vinegar, avocado, wakame salad and crunchy vegetables. Even if you say so yourself, it tastes good and it looks good too.
Boil the rice in accordance with the instructions on the packaging. Mix the rice with Chinese rice vinegar and salt. Spoon the rice in the bowls and start preparing the bowl. Divide the mussels, avocado, wakame salad, radish, carrot and black sesame seeds over the rice. Serve the sushi bowl immediately after preparation. Possibly add some soya sauce mixed with lime juice.
