500 gram of Prins & Dingemanse fresh cooked mussel meat
200 gram of sliced pak choi
75 gram of beansprouts
300 gram of udon noodles
20 gram of coriander
100 gram of black bean garlic sauce
25 gram of soya beans
Noodles: Cook the udon noodles in boiling water with a pinch of salt. Drain after ten minutes and rinse with cold water to stop the noodles from sticking. Mussels: Stir fry the Prins & Dingemanse fresh cooked mussel meat in a thin layer of olive oil. Add the black bean garlic sauce when the mussel meat has acquired a beautiful colour. This produces the oriental flavour. Add the sliced pak choi, the soya beans, beansprouts and coriander. Stir until the vegetables are done. Add the cooked noodles and stir-fry the mixture to ensure the flavours are mixed well. Finish: Serve this dish with a few leaves of coriander as garnish and complete the real oriental experience by eating with chopsticks.
