Stir-fried mussels with udon noodles
|500 gram of Prins & Dingemanse fresh cooked mussel meat||200 gram of sliced pak choi|
|75 gram of beansprouts||300 gram of udon noodles|
|20 gram of coriander||100 gram of black bean garlic sauce|
|25 gram of soya beans|
Noodles: Cook the udon noodles in boiling water with a pinch of salt. Drain after ten minutes and rinse with cold water to stop the noodles from sticking.
Mussels: Stir fry the Prins & Dingemanse fresh cooked mussel meat in a thin layer of olive oil. Add the black bean garlic sauce when the mussel meat has acquired a beautiful colour. This produces the oriental flavour. Add the sliced pak choi, the soya beans, beansprouts and coriander. Stir until the vegetables are done. Add the cooked noodles and stir-fry the mixture to ensure the flavours are mixed well.
Finish: Serve this dish with a few leaves of coriander as garnish and complete the real oriental experience by eating with chopsticks.
