Sea aster with carrots
|1 tray of Prins & Dingemanse sea asters||1 spoon of mustard|
|1 kg of carrots|
Slice the carrot thinly with a potato peeler. Lightly rinse the sea asters. Melt the butter in a pan. Add the carrot slices and the sea asters. Braise the mixture for about 4 minutes (make sure there is enough juice in the pan). Stir in through a spoonful of mustard and serve after heating for another minute.
