Razor clams natural

300 gram Prins & Dingemanse razor clams 1 stalk of celery
1 dash of dry white wine 1 peppercorn
1 onion 2 drops of lemon juice
2 sprigs of parsley

Add a mixture of chopped onion, celery, parsley with a peppercorn (may also be fresh garlic) to a pan and add a dash of dry white wine. Cook or steam the mixture for approximately 7-8 minutes over a reasonably high heat. Take the razor clams from the pan and thicken the cooking juice with a bit of butter or cooking cream.
