Pasta with sea asters

500 gram tagliatelle Bunch of parsley
1 tray of sea asters Oil
Clove of garlic Pack of cooking cream
1 spring onion 150 gram of grated cheese
Tray of small cherry tomatoes

Cook de pasta al dente. Fry the garlic and the spring onion in a pan until they are golden brown. Then add the halved cherry tomatoes and half the chopped parsley. Stir the mixture for 3 minutes over a moderate heat. Add half of the grated cheese and all of the cream and add salt and pepper to taste. When the mixture has heated through, add the pasta and stir for another 3 minutes. Serve on the plates and garnish with the rest of the cheese and the chopped parsley. You can also add cashew nuts and bacon/ham.
