Papillote of seafood mix on fine leek

400 g Prins & Dingemanse seafood mix 2 tablespoons of olive oil
200 g of leek, very finely chopped Salt and pepper
4 slices of smoked bacon 200 ml of dry white wine
coriander seed

Braise the leek in the oil with a little salt, pepper and coriander. Put a slice of bacon on the papillottes and then add the vegetables. Divide the seafood mix on top and add the wine just before closing. Put them in an oven preheated to 180° for 8 minutes.
