Mini pizzas with mussels

Mini pizzas with mussels
ingredients
250 grams of Prins & Dingemanse cooked mussels Pepper
150 millilitres of tomato sauce 1 ball of mozzarella
1 roll of ready-to-use pizza base, remove from the fridge 15 minutes before preparing Salt
2 teaspoons of dried oregano

Delicious and simple and sometimes that is all you want. We put mussels on these mini pizzas and they are ready to eat within 25 minutes. Serve as a bite at parties, when you're watching films on the settee or as part of a festive buffet.

 

Preheat the oven to 250°C. Season the tomato sauce with salt, pepper and dried oregano. Put the pizza base on the baking paper. To produce a mini pizza you cut out the base with a cutter or a glass. Put tomato sauce and mozzarella on top. Bake the mini pizzas for 8 minutes. Put the mussels on top and bake for another 3 minutes or until the mozzarella has melted and the edges are beautifully brown.
