|1 kg of carpet shells from Prins & Dingemanse||1 glass of dry white wine|
|3 cloves of garlic, roughly chopped||Freshly ground black pepper|
|Juice of 2 lemons||Olive oil|
|Small bunch of coriander, finely chopped|
