Carpet shells (palourdes)

Add a dash of olive oil to a pan with a clove of garlic, ground pepper and a dash of white wine. Add the shells (500 gram) and stir-fry for 4 minutes. Add 300 gram of peeled tomatoes and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Divide over a plate with pasta, garnish with a few leaves of fresh basil and a slice of lemon.
