Basic recipe oysters
|12 Zeeland or flat oysters from Prins & Dingemanse||wine or raspberry vinegar|
|freshly ground pepper||some sugar to taste|
|1 finely chopped onion|
Zeeland oysters and flat oysters are a real treat eaten raw, simply with freshly ground pepper and lemon or with some wine or raspberry vinegar mixed with a little chopped onion, just drizzle a few teaspoons over the oysters. Possibly add a little sugar to make the vinaigrette a little milder.
