Basic recipe oysters
12 Zeeland or flat oysters from Prins & Dingemanse wine or raspberry vinegar
freshly ground pepper some sugar to taste
1 finely chopped onion

Zeeland oysters and flat oysters are a real treat eaten raw, simply with freshly ground pepper and lemon or with some wine or raspberry vinegar mixed with a little chopped onion, just drizzle a few teaspoons over the oysters. Possibly add a little sugar to make the vinaigrette a little milder.
