Prins & Dingemanse marsh samphire is cultivated especially and by hand and has  wonderfully silty flavour. The product is excellent in combination with our shellfish and crustaceans, such as razor clams, mussels and oysters.

Usage / taste

Soft, crispy and lightly salty sea vegetable. Wonderful to eat raw, but also delicious in a stir-fry or added to any fish dish.
