Contact form

It is easy to contact us with the contact form on our website. We divide the various contact opportunities into two categories. Your personal data are processed differently in each of those categories.

It may be that a product did not meet your expectations. We are keen to hear what went wrong exactly and would like to solve this issue together with you. We store a complaint in our systems, linked to the data, for 3 years. After this period, the complaints are filed for historical and statistical purposes.

Other questions

If you have a general question about our products or opening hours, we are pleased to assist. After the question or comment has been processed, your data will not be stored any longer than 6 weeks.

We provide a newsletter in which we inform interested parties of news related to our professional expertise. If you purchase certain products or services from us, we may also keep you informed of the related products and services, unless you tell us not to. Every newsletter contains a link you can use to unsubscribe.
