Koninklijke Prins & Dingemanse is based in Yerseke, which has always been the centre of shellfish farming in the Netherlands. We have been pioneers in oyster and mussel farming since 1880. Our years of experience in dealing respectfully with pure, natural products is reflected in our working method and in the quality of a broad range of varied products.

Mussels au gratin with a lemon dressing

A large bowl full of mussels, covered by a layer of melted Parmesan cheese and fresh lemon dressing. Open a bottle of cool white wine or Prosecco and enjoy. This makes for a delicious dinner; although these mussels au gratin are also tasty appetizers.
